 RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

1) Upon Check-Out, if the Customer supplies a IN-CORRECT "SHIP TO" Address it is not our Responsibilty to Re-Ship a Replacement Order at No Charge for replacement of your Order. You may either Re-Order with the Correct "Ship To Address" or order your Product(s) from another Vendor.  Refunds will NOT be extended to the Buyer.

2) If, for any reason, you are not happy with your our Products and your Purchase, please

so we may discuss your problems and arrive at a solution. All of our Products are Warranted for (1) Year from Date of Purchase.

for accuracy and approval of the Item(s) Quoted.  By ordering, the Customer is accepting the HVAC Store's posted Quote for the description of the Quoted Product.

 FREIGHT/SHIPPING POLICIES:

1) Our Site "Freight Calculator" is "Real Time" and automatically, 24 Hours per Day, is continually updated electronically. For Large Shipments, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FREIGHT / SHIPPING DISCOUNTS.

2) In the event your Shipment arrives damaged by the Carrier, it is the Customer's responsibility to file a claim with the Carrier.

We will do everything possible to assist you in the filing of your Freight Claim for any Damaged Product(s).
4) Any Refunds for Damaged Items from Shpping will ONLY be extended upon the Customer's Return of the Damaged Product.
